L3 Cloud Engineer
We are seeking an L3 Cloud Engineer to join our Technical Service Delivery Team. This senior role balances advanced Microsoft 365 cloud support with high-level helpdesk escalations and project-based tasks. You will serve as a key technical resource, managing complex client environments across both cloud and on-premise infrastructures.
Key Responsibilities

M365 & Cloud Support: Manage the full Microsoft 365 stack, including Exchange, SharePoint, Intune, and Conditional Access. Handle DNS configurations, SSL certificates, and Azure AD Sync.

Advanced Troubleshooting: Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues, providing remote support via phone and email for a diverse client baseβfrom home users to local government entities.

Infrastructure & Systems: Execute new user setups, printer configurations, and data migrations. Maintain a strong handle on Active Directory (OU structures), NTFS permissions, and network troubleshooting.

Platform Management: Utilize our core MSP toolset, including Kaseya Autotask PSA, CW Automate, CW Control, and ITGlue.

Professional Growth: Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and a consistent willingness to upskill.
Required Experience & Skills

Experience: 5+ years in IT Support, with at least 12 months of experience within an MSP environment (including daily time-tracking).

Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of M365 (OneDrive, SharePoint, Intune) and excellent DNS skills.

Qualifications: Formal IT certifications or a proven track record of technical learning.

Soft Skills: High integrity, an optimistic “half-full” mindset, and a commitment to professional development.
Desired Qualifications

Experience managing high-pressure situations across varied client environments.

Proficiency with Windows Server (2016β2025).

Strong networking and troubleshooting capabilities.

Direct experience with Autotask, Automate RMM, or ITGlue.
