Marketing, Brand & Communications Associate | Deloitte Sri Lanka

Deloitte Sri Lanka is seeking an experienced, high-energy professional to join our Marketing, Brand & Communications (MBC) team. In this role, you will be a key driver in positioning the Deloitte brand within the marketplace, enhancing our visibility, and ensuring our global messaging resonates locally. This is a premier opportunity for a strategic marketer to make a tangible impact within a world-class professional services network, managing everything from digital ecosystems to high-profile corporate events.


Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Integrated Marketing

  • Strategic Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that drive market awareness and align with core business functions.

  • Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and oversee multi-platform marketing campaigns, providing detailed performance reporting and ROI analysis.

  • Global Alignment: Coordinate and localize Global Marketing and Brand initiatives to ensure consistency with network standards and guidelines.

2. Digital Ecosystem & Content Leadership

  • Multimedia Management: Lead content-driven marketing across social media, digital platforms, email campaigns, and video production.

  • Creative Coordination: Liaise with the graphic design team to provide content briefs and ensure the timely publishing of high-quality visual assets.

  • Internal Communications: Manage both internal and external communication channels to maintain a unified and consistent corporate voice.

3. Events & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Corporate Events: Plan and execute flagship corporate events, managing end-to-end logistics with vendors, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

  • Guidelines & Compliance: Ensure all promotional activities and communications strictly adhere to Deloitte’s global brand identity and risk management procedures.


Key Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or Digital Marketing from a reputed university, or CIM/SLIM fully qualified.

  • Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in handling high-impact Marketing, Brand, and Communications campaigns.

  • Technical Skills: * Expert knowledge of social media boosting and digital advertising.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    • Added Advantage: Content writing expertise and web development skills (both backend and frontend).

  • Core Competencies:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly.

    • A resilient team player capable of navigating high-pressure situations and prioritizing multiple tasks effectively.

    • Creative, self-motivated, and able to operate with minimal supervision.
