We are seeking a forward-thinking AI & Data Intern to join our Technology & Transformation (T&T) team. This role is designed for an aspiring data professional eager to bridge the gap between academic theory and enterprise-grade AI solutions. You will work alongside industry experts to assist in delivering data-driven insights and building Generative AI prototypes that solve real-world business challenges. This internship offers a high-impact, hands-on environment to develop your skills in data engineering, machine learning, and automation.

The Role: Data Engineering & AI Prototyping

As an intern in the T&T division, you will contribute to the full lifecycle of data and AI projects, from raw data ingestion to deploying smart agents.

• Data Lifecycle Management: Assist in collecting, cleaning, transforming, and validating data from both structured and unstructured sources to ensure high-quality inputs.

• Exploratory Analysis: Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, detect anomalies, and extract actionable business insights.

• GenAI Development: Support the building of Generative AI prototypes for enterprise use cases, including automated summarization, intelligent Q&A systems, and custom Copilots.

• Machine Learning Support: Assist in feature engineering, developing baseline ML models, and conducting model comparisons and testing.

• Visualization & Storytelling: Support the creation of dynamic dashboards and reports (Power BI/Tableau) to translate complex data into compelling stories for stakeholders.

• Process Automation: Utilize low-code/no-code platforms like Power Automate to streamline internal workflows and improve operational efficiency.

• Governance & Documentation: Assist with data quality checks, defining key metrics, and documenting datasets and analysis steps for reproducibility.

Requirements

We are looking for a curious, analytical individual with a foundational grasp of modern AI frameworks and a passion for business transformation.

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.

• Technical Fundamentals: * Familiarity with programming in Python, R, or SQL.

  • Basic understanding of data manipulation libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy).

  • Foundational knowledge of LLMs and GenAI concepts (tokens, context windows, temperature, hallucinations, and grounding).

• AI Tooling: Exposure to orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph is a distinct advantage.

• Soft Skills: * Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

  • Excellent communication skills in English.

  • Ability to work full-time during the internship period.
