Associate Tech Lead – .Net, C# & React (AI & Workflows)
Role Purpose As an Associate Tech Lead (ATL), you will serve as a technical anchor, blending high-level architectural design with hands-on full-stack development. This role is uniquely positioned at the forefront of modern engineering, requiring a deep understanding of .NET and React, alongside emerging expertise in Agentic AI and Durable Workflows. You will be responsible for translating complex international client requirements into intelligent, distributed systems that are built for scale and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Architectural Design & Full-Stack Development

Scalable Solutions: Architect and build high-performance web applications using C# / .NET and React for a diverse, global client base.

Durable Workflows: Design and implement “resumable” workflow processes capable of maintaining state and reliability over extended periods in distributed production environments.

System Integration: Seamlessly connect internal business logic with third-party APIs and Large Language Models (LLMs) to create intelligent, automated systems.
AI Innovation & Integration

Agentic AI: Lead the exploration and implementation of Agentic AI ecosystems, focusing on autonomous task execution and intelligent decision-making layers.

Rapid Adaptation: Proactively research and integrate new technologies and industry trends (e.g., Semantic Kernel, LangChain) within short development cycles.
Client Leadership & Consulting

Strategic Stakeholder Management: Work directly with international customers to define project scopes, solve technical challenges, and align engineering efforts with business outcomes.

Technical Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior and mid-level engineers, ensuring adherence to high-quality coding standards and modern architectural patterns.
Cloud & DevOps Excellence

Azure Mastery: Leverage Microsoft Azure services to ensure application scalability, security, and high availability.

Modern Orchestration: Support the deployment and management of containerized workloads in cloud-native environments.
Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.

Core Technical Stack:

Expert proficiency in C# / .NET application development.

Strong hands-on experience with React and modern frontend patterns.

Proven experience with Microsoft Azure cloud platforms.

AI & Integration:

Solid understanding of Agentic AI and related ecosystems.

Deep experience in system integration development.
