Logistics & Warehouse Supervisor – ENOC (Dubai, UAE)

ENOC (Emirates National Oil Company) is seeking a highly analytical and methodical Logistics & Warehouse Supervisor to oversee critical supply chain operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless flow of raw materials, packaging, and finished products to meet the production and delivery requirements for ENOC’s extensive lubricants and grease portfolio.

As the operational backbone of the supply chain, you will be responsible for everything from vendor assessment and inventory control to export planning and ERP administration.


Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain Planning & Procurement

  • Material Coordination: Arrange raw material supplies, managing all aspects of design, cost, delivery, invoicing, and inventory control.

  • Packaging Management: Procure all empty packages and accessories for lubricant filling. Identify potential suppliers and establish long-term supply arrangements in conjunction with the S&D Manager.

  • Vendor Excellence: Conduct continuous assessments of vendors to ensure ENOC’s stringent quality standards are never compromised.

  • Forecasting: Compile and analyze sales forecasts to develop precise procurement plans for raw materials.

Inventory & Warehouse Custodianship

  • Stock Control: Maintain detailed records of both finished goods and raw materials, operating strict minimum stock control procedures to prevent shortages.

  • Product Development: Act as the custodian for new product package development, liaising with Marketing, Technology, and suppliers to introduce new lines.

  • System Administration: Serve as the primary point of contact for ENOC IT regarding Supply Chain ERP system administration and functional modifications.

Logistics & Distribution Excellence

  • Order Fulfillment: Implement and monitor customer order procedures to ensure the correct products are delivered on time, taking corrective action where deficiencies arise.

  • Export Strategy: Review export shipment plans and coordinate with Plant Logistics and Customer Service to optimize delivery schedules.

  • Efficiency Analysis: Assign delivery priorities and scrutinize shipment costs to continuously improve operational efficiency.

  • Conflict Resolution: Act as the central point of contact for queries between blend plants, suppliers, and ENOC Lubricants; investigate customer complaints to implement effective corrective actions.

Financial & Administrative Oversight

  • Budgetary Data: Provide data and analysis for budgeting, sales, and product costs, offering strategic recommendations to management.

  • Vendor Verification: Scrutinize and verify all vendor bills related to packages, raw materials, and imports for payment processing.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: A University Degree in Commerce or a related field is required.

  • Experience: 6–8 years of proven experience in supply chain operations, ideally within the oil and gas or manufacturing sectors.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Advanced Computer Literacy: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word.

    • ERP Knowledge: Strong understanding of Supply Chain ERP systems.

    • Export Knowledge: A deep understanding of export procedures from the UAE.

  • Core Competencies:

    • Analytical Prowess: Excellent skills in data analysis and logical problem-solving.

    • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-departmental liaison.

    • Diplomacy: Ability to exercise excellent diplomacy when dealing with vendors and internal stakeholders.

    • Methodical Approach: Highly organized with superior administration skills.
