Manager – Digital Marketing

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Manager – Digital Marketing to lead our digital growth engine. In this role, you will be the architect of our online presence, responsible for translating business objectives into high-impact digital strategies. From precision-targeted paid campaigns to organic content ecosystems, you will oversee the full spectrum of digital channels to drive brand authority, lead generation, and customer engagement. The Role: Digital Strategy & Performance Leadership

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will manage the intersection of technology, creativity, and commercial performance.

  • Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with overarching business goals and market trends.

  • Omnichannel Management: Oversee and optimize all digital touchpoints, including social media platforms, the corporate website, email marketing, and online advertising.

  • Performance Marketing: Plan and execute sophisticated paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager , ensuring maximum ROI and efficient CPA (Cost Per Acquisition).

  • Content & SEO Ecosystem: Manage content marketing strategies—including blogs, website updates, and social media calendars—to improve organic search rankings and audience retention.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using advanced tools ( Google Analytics ), providing actionable insights and regular reporting to senior leadership.

  • Agency & Internal Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between internal departments and external creative/media agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution.

  • Growth Optimization: Focus on high-value metrics, including website traffic growth, qualified lead generation, and deep online customer engagement.

  • Innovation Watch: Stay at the forefront of the latest digital marketing trends, AI-enabled tools, and emerging advertising technologies.


Candidate Profile

We are looking for a technically proficient leader with a strong track record of scaling digital brands and managing multi-disciplinary projects.

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: A minimum of 4-6 years of proven experience in digital marketing, ideally with experience in both B2B and B2C contexts.

  • Technical Expertise:

    • Deep knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing).

    • Expertise in Social Media Marketing and community management.

    • Hands-on experience with Google Ads , Meta Ads Manager , and major Email Marketing Platforms (eg, Mailchimp, HubSpot).

  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into strategic pivots.

  • Project Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaign timelines and budgets simultaneously.

  • Soft Skills: Creative problem-solver with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
