The Role: Financial Integrity & Auditing

In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial records and supporting the company’s internal control environment.

• Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation and verification of financial statements, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards.

• Audit & Assurance: Execute internal audit procedures or support external audit cycles to safeguard company assets and identify process improvements.

• Communication: Utilize strong oral and written English skills to present financial findings to management and coordinate with various departments.

• Compliance Management: Ensure all accounting entries, tax filings, and regulatory documentation are processed accurately and on schedule.

• Operational Support: Provide analytical support for budgeting, forecasting, and expense management initiatives.

Your Profile

We are looking for a candidate who balances technical accounting expertise with exceptional communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Education: A Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA).

• Professional Credentials: * Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

  • Candidates who are not CPAs will be considered if they possess significant relevant work experience.

• Experience: * For non-CPAs: A minimum of 2 years of related working experience in Accounting or Auditing is required.

  • For CPAs: Prior experience is an advantage, though high-potential fresh board passers are encouraged to apply.

• Communication Skills: * Oral: Confident and clear in verbal interactions.

  • Written: High proficiency in English for technical reporting and professional correspondence.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong grasp of accounting software, ERP systems, and MS Office (particularly Excel).
