Project Architect (Commercial & Residential)
We are seeking a creative and technically proficient Licensed Architect to join our design team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating client visions into functional, high-quality architectural solutions. You will blend artistic design with structural integrity, managing projects from initial planning through to detailed design development for both commercial and residential portfolios.
The Role: Architectural Planning & Design
As a Project Architect, you will lead the design lifecycle, ensuring that every structure meets aesthetic, functional, and regulatory standards.

Concept Development: Lead the planning and schematic design phases for a diverse range of projects, including modern residences and commercial developments.

Technical Documentation: Produce comprehensive architectural drawings, floor plans, and 3D models that align with client specifications.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.

Project Coordination: Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure design intent is maintained during the construction phase.

Client Engagement: Act as a primary technical contact, presenting design proposals and incorporating feedback into refined architectural solutions.
Your Profile
We are looking for a disciplined professional with a strong portfolio in building design and the technical rigor required of a licensed practitioner.

Education: A Bachelor of Science in Architecture (BS Architecture).

Professional Credentials: Must be a Registered / Licensed Architect.

Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional work experience in an architectural firm or similar capacity.

Specialization: Proven hands-on experience in the planning and design of commercial buildings and/or residential projects.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar BIM and rendering tools.
