Marketing & Brand Executive

We are seeking a strategic and creative Marketing & Brand Executive to elevate our project’s market presence and visual identity. In this role, you will be responsible for defining our brand positioning, engaging target audiences through high-impact digital content, and executing integrated marketing plans. You will blend analytical insights with creative execution to build lasting brand partnerships and drive successful multi-channel campaigns.


The Role: Strategy, Content & Execution

As a core member of the marketing team, you will manage the full lifecycle of brand engagement—from initial positioning to performance analysis.

  • Strategic Positioning: Define project positioning and identify target audiences to implement cohesive annual and seasonal marketing strategies.

  • Digital Management: Lead social media operations, creating engaging content and optimizing platform performance through data-driven adjustments.

  • Campaign & Event Leadership: Plan and execute marketing campaigns and corporate events, coordinating internal teams and analyzing post-activation results.

  • Brand Partnerships: Build and manage strategic collaborations and maintain key relationships with external partners and stakeholders.

  • Performance Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations, offering data-backed recommendations to guide future marketing investments.

  • Operational Support: Provide daily administrative and project support, including documentation, scheduling, and cross-departmental coordination.


Your Profile

We are looking for a versatile marketer who possesses a “can-do” attitude and a blend of creative flair and organizational discipline.

  • Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master’s Degree is an advantage).

  • Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience in marketing, digital marketing, or brand management.

  • Technical Skills: * High proficiency across all major social media platforms.

    • Practical knowledge of graphic design, video editing, or modern content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).

  • Core Competencies:

    • Excellent coordination skills and a collaborative “team player” mindset.

    • Strong analytical ability to interpret marketing data.

    • Exceptional communication skills for both content creation and professional reporting.
