The Role: Sales Strategy & Data-Driven Growth

We are looking for a passionate and digitally-oriented Customer Development (Sales) Intern to join our team for a 6-month period. In this role, you will be at the heart of our commercial operations, supporting the delivery of impactful projects that bridge the gap between our brands and our retail partners. You will blend traditional sales coordination with modern data analytics to help drive our business objectives in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

  • Project Support: Assist in the end-to-end planning and delivery of strategic Customer Development initiatives.

  • Analytics & Visualization: Utilize Power BI and data analytics tools to track sales performance, channel trends, and project milestones.

  • Operational Coordination: Support the team in executing channel-specific activities and ensuring seamless communication with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Digital Integration: Apply familiarity with AI tools and automation to enhance reporting efficiency and identify growth opportunities.

  • Market Insights: Help gather and synthesize field data to support the design of impactful customer strategy projects.


Your Profile

This is an ideal 6-month launchpad for an ambitious individual looking to build a career in professional sales and customer management within a global leader.

  • Education: An Undergraduate, Fresh Graduate, or an individual currently following/completed an equivalent professional qualification (e.g., CIM, SLIM, CIMA).

  • Availability: Must be available to work full-time for the duration of the internship.

  • Experience: While this is an internship, prior experience in Sales or Marketing is considered a significant added advantage.

  • Technical Mastery: * High proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).

    • Hands-on experience or familiarity with Power BI and Data Analytics.

    • An interest in or familiarity with AI applications in a business context is highly desirable.

  • Core Competencies: * Strong organizational and project-management skills.

    • A proactive, “results-first” mindset with a passion for Customer Development.

    • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams and partners.
