The Role

As a Senior Associate, Planning & Reporting, you will play a vital role in ensuring the Corporate Affairs & Marketing (CAM) function remains organized, aligned, and data-driven. This position consolidates CAM’s strategic plans, priorities, and key metrics into a single, cohesive view. You will be essential in maintaining the team’s operating rhythm, helping various groups plan, track, and report their progress effectively.

By providing structured information and high-quality leadership materials, you will directly support executive decision-making in a dynamic, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Rhythm & Planning: Coordinate the CAM planning cycle, monitor critical milestones, and ensure all inputs are accurate and aligned. You will drive visibility across commitments to foster a predictable and efficient workflow.

  • Reporting & Leadership Support: Develop concise summaries, dashboards, and executive-ready presentations. You will manage leadership reporting routines and maintain a centralized, consistent repository for all planning data.

  • Systems & Data Management: Oversee CAM’s planning tools (e.g., Workfront), ensuring data is organized and up to date. You will facilitate review discussions to ensure the function operates from a “single source of truth.”

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Corporate Affairs and other CAM units to standardize naming conventions and categorizations, ensuring that global reporting is streamlined and easy to interpret.

Requirements

  • Professional Background: Experience in Corporate Affairs, Communications, Operations, or Program Management is highly beneficial.

  • Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with planning tools like Workfront is a significant advantage. Comfort working with data, dashboards, and structured planning frameworks is essential.

  • Core Skills: Exceptional organizational ability, sharp attention to detail, and clear communication skills.
