HR Intern – Engagement & Internal Communications

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role is designed for a creative individual who wants to explore the intersection of people operations and employer branding. You will gain hands-on exposure to the “heart” of HRβ€”focusing on employee experience, workplace culture, and digital communication strategies that keep our teams connected and inspired.


The Role: Engagement, Branding & Operations

As an HR Intern, you will be a key contributor to our internal culture, helping us translate HR initiatives into engaging content and memorable employee experiences.

  • Employee Engagement: Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement programs, team-building activities, and internal culture-driven events.

  • Internal Communications: Support the rollout of internal campaigns and announcements, ensuring information flows effectively across the organization.

  • Digital Content Creation: Use your creative flair to design visual assets and short-form videos for employer branding and internal communication using tools like Canva and CapCut .

  • Employer Branding: Help manage and create content for social media platforms to showcase our workplace culture and attract top talent.

  • Core HR Support: Provide administrative assistance with HR documentation, record-keeping, and daily people operations to understand the fundamentals of the HR lifecycle.

  • Project Coordination: Assist in the research and development of new initiatives related to people development and workplace wellness.
