We are seeking a high-impact Functional Lead – Data & Visualization to bridge the gap between complex raw data and strategic business intelligence. In this leadership-oriented functional role, you will drive the evolution of our analytics ecosystem, moving beyond static reporting into the realm of AI-driven predictive insights. You will be responsible for architecting robust data pipelines and designing sophisticated visualization frameworks that empower stakeholders to make data-backed decisions with speed and precision.

The Role: Analytics Strategy & AI Integration

As the Functional Lead, you will own the full data lifecycle—from the engineering of backend pipelines to the delivery of front-end executive dashboards.

• Pipeline Architecture: Design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines using SQL, Python, and PySpark within modern data frameworks.

• Advanced Visualization: Build and maintain high-fidelity Power BI dashboards and reports that are intuitive, technically accurate, and strategically aligned with departmental KPIs.

• Stakeholder Synthesis: Act as a bilingual translator between technical data teams and business stakeholders, converting abstract requirements into functional analytical solutions.

• AI & Automation Advocacy: Drive the adoption of AI/ML and automation across analytics platforms to eliminate manual reporting and unlock predictive modeling capabilities.

• Data Governance: Lead the charge on data integrity and quality assurance, ensuring that all dashboards serve as a “single source of truth” for the organization.

• Operational Leadership: Provide 24/7 operational support and lead training initiatives to foster a data-literate culture across the enterprise.

Your Profile

We are looking for a technical visionary who understands the “Data-to-Insight” journey and possesses the engineering rigor to build production-grade analytics solutions.

• Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or a related field ( Master’s Degree preferred ).

• Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in data visualization, advanced analytics, or the deployment of AI-driven business solutions.

• Technical Mastery:

  • BI Tools: Expert-level hands-on experience with Power BI , Tableau, or equivalent enterprise-grade visualization suites.

  • Languages: High proficiency in SQL for complex querying and Python/PySpark for data processing and automation.

• Platform Exposure:

  • Solid understanding of Data Engineering and ETL pipelines .

  • Experience with modern cloud data platforms such as Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, or Microsoft Fabric .

  • Knowledge of AI/ML ecosystems including Azure ML, Azure AI, and Microsoft Copilot Studio .

• Core Competencies:
