Executive β Quality Assurance (Manufacturing & Compliance)
We are seeking an analytical and proactive Quality Assurance Executive to oversee the integrity of our production and packing operations. In this role, you will be the primary guardian of our manufacturing standards, ensuring that every process remains in total control and fully compliant with food safety, quality, legal, and regulatory mandates. You will blend technical expertise in food science with a “zero-defect” mindset to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across the facility.
The Role: Process Control & Regulatory Stewardship
As a Quality Assurance Executive, you will manage the technical interface between manufacturing output and global safety standards.

Operational Oversight: Monitor end-to-end production and packing cycles to ensure absolute adherence to established food safety and quality benchmarks.

System Implementation: Execute and maintain rigorous quality control procedures, including advanced sampling methodologies and inspection protocols.

Deviation Management: Proactively identify quality variances and lead high-level Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Compliance Governance: Ensure the facility meets all regulatory and statutory requirements related to national and international food safety management.

Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to uphold quality objectives while enhancing overall process efficiency.

Audit Readiness: Support both internal and external audits, ensuring the facility is consistently prepared for customer inspections and global certification body reviews.

Continuous Improvement: Champion Lean-oriented quality initiatives and ensure the meticulous documentation and reporting of key quality metrics.
Your Profile
We are looking for a disciplined QA professional with a deep understanding of food safety systems and the communication skills to influence quality culture on the factory floor.

Education: A Bachelorβs Degree in Natural Sciences or Food Science.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Executive within a reputed food manufacturing organization.

Technical Mastery:

Comprehensive knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and modern sampling procedures.

Strong grasp of quality control techniques and structured problem-solving methodologies.

Familiarity with international regulatory compliance and food safety system requirements.

Technical Advantages:

A Diploma in Quality or Food Safety Management.

Formal Internal Auditor training is highly desirable.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).

High computer literacy with experience in digital quality reporting systems.
