IT Intern – Operations & Technical Support

We are offering a paid internship for a motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our IT department. This role is designed to provide immersive, hands-on experience in corporate IT operations, ranging from frontline troubleshooting to backend infrastructure maintenance. As an IT Intern , you will work alongside experienced professionals to support the digital heartbeat of our organization, gaining practical skills that bridge the gap between academic theory and enterprise-level technology management.

The Role: Technical Support & Infrastructure

This position offers a comprehensive look at daily technology operations within a professional environment.

• Technical Troubleshooting: Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues for end-users, ensuring minimal operational downtime.

• Infrastructure Support: Support the maintenance and optimization of core IT infrastructure, including servers, peripherals, and network components.

• Systems Deployment: Help with critical system updates, software installations, and the configuration of new hardware.

• Process Documentation: Assist in creating and updating technical manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and IT asset registries.

• Project Collaboration: Work as a functional member of the IT team on various technology projects, including hardware migrations or network upgrades.

• Schedule: This is a full-time weekday commitment, from Monday to Friday .

Your Profile

We are looking for a collaborative problem-solver who is eager to apply their foundational IT knowledge in a fast-paced corporate setting.

• Education: Currently pursuing a University Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field.

• Technical Foundation:

  • A solid basic understanding ofcomputer systems, hardware architecture, and networking(TCP/IP,DNS,LAN/WAN).

  • Familiarity with modern operating systems (Windows/macOS) and common enterprise software.

• Core Competencies:

  • Problem-Solving:A logical approach to troubleshooting and the ability to think critically under pressure.

  • Communication:Good interpersonal skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.

  • Teamwork:The ability to work effectively within a structured team environment and follow technical leadership.
