Senior Consultant | Digital Experience (DX) | Full Stack & Java

Role Overview

As an Infoscion within our Digital Experience (DX) service line, you will be a key driver of digital transformation for global clients. This is a techno-functional role (JL5) designed for a professional who thrives on diagnosing complex customer issues and designing innovative, end-to-end digital solutions. You will navigate the full project lifecycle—from proposal development and effort estimation to configuration and final deployment—ensuring that high-quality, value-adding solutions lead to total client delight.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Proposal Management

Diagnostic Consulting: Get to the heart of customer challenges, identifying problem areas and architecting innovative technology solutions.
Proposal Ownership: Own critical segments of proposal documents, contributing specialized inputs to solution design and financial effort estimates.
Digital Strategy: Develop value-creating models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth, and increase business profitability through digital adoption.

Technical Execution & Configuration

System Configuration: Plan and execute product configurations based on approved designs, conducting Conference Room Pilots (CRP) to validate solutions.
Prototyping: Lead Proof of Concept (POC) and Proof of Technology (POT) workshops to demonstrate product capabilities and technical feasibility.
Quality Assurance: Assist in resolving queries related to requirement gaps and design flaws, ensuring alignment with the client’s digital roadmap.

Project & Organizational Leadership

Project Ownership: Actively lead small-to-mid-sized projects, ensuring they are delivered within scope, budget, and quality standards.
Process Improvement: Assess current client processes, identify improvement areas, and suggest technology solutions to streamline operations.
Initiative Contribution: Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives, sharing industry domain knowledge and staying ahead of technology trends.

Technical & Professional Requirements

Core Technical Stack

Primary Languages: Java (All versions)
Frontend Frameworks: Angular (2+), React JS, and UI & Markup languages.
Backend & Runtime: Node.js and Reactive Programming.
Architecture: Microservices & API Management.
Full Stack Mastery: Proficiency in the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node).
Legacy & Systems: Knowledge of Mainframe Technologies, including Job Schedulers and Monitoring Tools.

Professional Skills

Consulting Mindset: Strong logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative approach.
Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial processes for various project types and familiarity with different pricing models.
Client Interfacing: Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills for conducting solution demonstrations.
Lifecycle Tools: Good knowledge of software configuration management systems and modern development workflows.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech).
Experience: Suitable for candidates with the professional maturity to handle JL5 (Job Level 5) responsibilities, typically requiring mid-to-senior level experience in consulting and full-stack development.
